About

I have a BSc. Hons in Psychology and MSc. in Cognitive Neuropsychology, with research interests in schizophrenia, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, and various other neuropsychological and neurogenetic conditions. I am an aspiring neuropsychologist, currently seeking clinical experience with a view to undertaking a Clinical Psychology PhD. and then the requisite neuropsychological qualifications after that. It's tough out there.

I write and comment on a variety of psychological or neuroscience issues that interest me. All opinions are my own and are in no way related to any individual or organisation I work for.

But what's so whoa?

UPDATE 15th Jan 2013: I have recently returned to science writing, hoping to give it another chance after being disillusioned/burnt out. This blog was formerly known as NeuroWhoa!, and is currently undergoing reformatting and experimental title changes. (I may even decide to go back to that original title as, oddly enough, it seems to be still 'known'!) Please bear with me during the changes, even as I currently prepare a series of article with which to make a "comeback", as I've been bitten by the writing bug and simply cannot wait.
